These images may be used in any media and may include composite images, digitally manipulated representations for the purpose of publicity, illustration, commercial work, advertising, sale, publishing or any products or services by Melissa Sobel Photography and/or Melissa Sobel.
I waive my rights to review and approve the use of these images.
I understand that I will added to the photographer’s marketing email list, which I can unsubscribe to at any time.
Melissa Sobel Photography, Melissa Sobel, and employees retain all copyright ownership of all images created as a result of this contract and images may not be reproduced or duplicated for any reason without our express written permission. This includes digital scanning, posting on websites such as Facebook or other social media or any other reproduction without permission.
